Received two lovely OPI Nail Varnishes - but who to thank??

I had a missed delivery today so popped down to the sorting office to collect it this afternoon.
It was a courier delivery all wrapped up in a white box with loads of bubble wrap and inside ... were two OPI Nail Varnishes!
I've no idea where they came from - have searched but can't find. Has anyone else received this?
