LV Single Trip Travel Insurance

Hi all - first post here!
Has anybody here used LV single trip/backpackers travel insurance? I've been searching for reviews for goodness knows how long and unfortunately I'm not turning up anything!
I would especially be interested to hear from people who have used LV and had to make a claim
I'll be travelling for 5 1/2 months to SE Asia, Australia, NZ and Fiji.
