Last December a friend of ours got BTL mortgage on a fixed rate for 2 years, although I know he could have got a longer period fixed rate.
I do know however that he got £93,000 for £331 per month. That was with Birmingham Midshires.0 -
Talk to the big BTL brokers.. 70, 75% is pretty much the maximum LTV you'll get... so that would mean you putting in a lot more money...
Just got a quote , 2-yr fix, 4.8% 75% but fees 3% ... life is hard, I won't go with that one...
Cheers!

you wont get more than 75% LTV for buy to let remortgage. i heard that you could get 80 % ltv buy to let but that was for new mortgages. So if your property is still valued at 105k, youll only get 78k. Your property needs to value for 120k to get 90k mortgage.0
