Quick question - do you have a receipt marked "Payment on Account" or "Invoice Takings"? If so, your business account was credited with £xxx.xx, and they then used the credit on your account to pay for the goods.

Have you been dealing with the store or the CS support line?

From my limited experience, the central support line still aren't 100% on some of the niche procedures used in store... whereas the store (if you speak to either a manager or business person) should be.

As they refunded you in store, you should have a refund receipt - does this have your card details at the bottom? Sales receipts list all the card used in the transaction, so i'd assume a refund would be the same.

jakg - My original purchase receipt is marked "Invoice takings", however my refund receipt is marked "Refund"

However, the refund receipt does not have the credit card details on. I acknowledge I may have missed something here, but as I have also mentioned, both in the store and several times over the past three weeks with CS I have been told my refund will appear on my card 3 - 5 days later.

Initially I did have discussions with instore busines people and the store manager, but as these discussions were less than fruitful, I moved onto customer support, but to be very honest they were no better, and seemed to feed me the same "party line"
