I've noticed in the T&C's you can write instead to:
Christmas Online Prize Draw, The Body Shop International PLC, UK Region , Ecommerce Department, Watersmead, Littlehampton, West Sussex, BN17 6LS and quoting their registered email address

Got this nice reply this morning, which I thought I'd share with you, if like me you have had hassle entering ; ) x

"Sorry Yasmin, that's our fault. While we get things fixed could you please register for the prize draw by emailing UKOnline.CareCentre@thebodyshop.com (including the subject line: Prize draw online registrant) or by writing to Hannah Bailey, Online Registrant Prize Draw, The Body Shop International plc, Watersmead, Littlehampton, West Sussex BN17 6LS and quoting your registered email address. Sorry again for the hassle."
