Renault Megane 1.6vvt 53 plate cutting out
I have had this problem before and replacing the TDC (I think that's what they called it) sensor has solved. This time the sensor has been replaced again, the car now starts buts needs to be constantly revved or else it cuts out. I can use it but, the best way to describe it is it doesn't get enough fuel, a bit like the old manual choke when cold.
The car eventually ticks over after warming up but doesn't drive very well at all, again like not enough fuels getting through. If I turn it off and start again, even when warm, it won't tick over. Any ideas before I spend a fortune at the garage??
