Saks offer in MSE weekly email

Ok, so I saw the offer in the MSE weekly email for half price cut and finish at Saks hair salon (£18 instead of £36). I thought I would treat my wife as she can normally only afford a cheap place as we are on benefits. I checked on their website and discovered they were also offering a cut and finish and luxury facial for £25, so thought I would book that as an extra treat. I made sure I checked that the offer was available at my local salon and it said it was.
Anyway, rang to book, only to be told, 'the website is wrong, we don't do facials here'. I was a bit pi55ed off, but thought ok, I'll just book the half price cut at £18 with voucher only to be told, 'no you can't, it will be £25 just for the cut and finish not £18'. I asked if that meant their normal cut was £50 as the voucher was for 50% off, only to be told, 'no, normal cut is £36', but they would still be charging £25 as the 'offer' rate!
Upshot is I now have to tell my wife that she is now not getting the facial I promised, and just the cut is costing me £25 rather than the £18 they are supposedly offering.
