Should I leave positive of neutral feedback?

I bought some cathode lighting from a seller on ebay.co.uk. It arrived cracked, I returned it and a refund was given, except the postage fee I paid (which was stated in his auction anyway).
Shall I leave positive or neutral feedback?

Well, he's followed ebay's rules, and it almost certainly wasn't his fault so a positive is probably in order.
Edit: Unless the packaging was so poor that there was an obvious risk of damage.0 -
I agree with moglex, a positive unless you feel it was down to poor packaging!!
edit
just read your thread abot poor packaging!!
Think i would mention that although refund was given, packaging was poor!!0 -
I guess I'll leave a positive, he did package it in a padded jiffy bag and the cathodes were inherently so fragile anyway.
Thanks!0 -
I would leave a positive too - say that item returned for refund, seller very cooperative etc!Weight Loss - 102lb0
