I got a call 5 mins ago........... from Steve! Argh! The suspence is killing me now!
Steve was calling with good news though. He had his pay slip today and they've taken off his paternity pay but because of loads of overtime etc he's done he'll be getting £807 tomorrow which is soooo much of a relief I can't tell you as I was expecting him to only be getting about £600. Means now that tomorrow we'll have about £1000 in the bank..... well for about 5 nanoseconds before the rent goes out. LOL. Plus it means I can do my budgets now. Will update with our April budget/debt challenge in a bit.
Who knows I may be able to afford that bass after all

April Budget/Debt Challenge
April Target - Dotty P's - £471.01 (ish)
Incoming -
Saved from last month - £200
Ste Wages - £807.31
Sar Mat Pay - £432
= £1439.31
Outgoings -
Bills - £839.89
Driving Lessons - £60
Food Budget - £180
Petrol Budget - £30
= £1109.89
Difference +/- = £329.42
Savings towards Dotty p's -
4th tc - £82.43
11th tc - £65.62
18th tc - £64.44
24th Child Benefit - £120.80
25th tc - £64.44
= £397.73
£471.01 - £397.73 = £73.28
Sooooo.... if we use £73.28 of the money we saved from March that would leave us with £255.72 left over after bills etc meaning..
Difference +/- £255.72 / 29 days = £8.81 a day or £61 a week.
So Dotty p's will definately be paid off by the end of April even if we don't save any extra!Woohoo!
