I had already taken all of my annual holiday for 2006 because of my SPD during pregnancy so I would've only got accrued holiday from April 5th up to the 7th May when my leave ended. I was only pro rata and didn't get much holiday anyway.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Still seems a little low to me even tho its only 1 months worth of holiday xx £10 is only about 2 hours of holiday pay, so multiply that by 12 and you get 24 hours, which based on say a 20 hour week works out at only just over 1 weeks holiday a year. Surely you had more holiday than that sarah xx0

Couldn't tell you to be honest.. she did say she was going to look into any I'd get back so maybe I haven't got any accured?
