Why do we all have ff in our garages? there seems to be an epidemic:rotfl:
You leave them on their own,in the dark, in a cold garage for long periods of time - then wonder why they start breeding..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

OH MY GOD we are having the complete weekend from hell. Came down this morning only to find milk had leaked all over the stuff we put in the cool bag. ARGH! So we've had to throw away all the milk, cheese, yoghurts, butter and all sorts that was either going off or had milk spilt all over it. Went into town to buy the cheapest fridge we could find which was £115 *sob* from iceland. We've had to take all our frozen stuff to mil's as we haven't got a freezer yet because of me being a dimwit leaving my phone at home and relying on AA bloody route finder. Our frozen sausages had started going soft so we're having sausage sandwiches for tea and sausage casserole for dinner.... :rotfl:
If anyone's got a hankering for sausage sandwiches our address is....
It's the kind of weekend you either want to cry or get shamelessly drunk. Having exhausted the first option I will be choosing option 2 tonight. God knows I need it!!!!Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

I had to chuckle at the new bit of your signature -'Why does something always come and kick you up the bum as soon as things start looking up'.
There are two ways of looking at that - firstly, if you didn't have to overcome these things, your diary wouldn't be as interesting and engaging, plus your achievements wouldn't seem as fulfilling, because it would have been all too easy. When you are debt free, you will be able to look back on things like this with pride, and think 'Do you know what, we did bloody well to cope with that'.
Secondly - these things probably used to happen before you became a DFW too, but you may not have noticed so much, as you would have just blindly put a new fridge freezer on the credit card and voila, problem solved (until it comes to having to pay it back).
Get shamelessly drunk - go on, you deserve it - make sure you post on here though so we can either join in or giggle at your drunkenness!!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
We're back now... complete with new freezer thanks to the Bunny family
who we want to thank HUGELY. (Freya is adorable by the way... you've got a good'un there!)
The fridge is up and running and cooling my cheapo peach schnapps as we speak. You don't realise how much you rely on a fridge freezer until it breaks! Going to put the freezer through it's paces tomorrow once it's settled after it journey in the back of our car through the delights of telford and the A5 (Possibly the longest more boring road is history!) All the food is in MIL's freezer so that'll all be ok and we'll come out of this relatively unscathed (if a little poorer)
What a weekend eh? Going to start a sunday night booze up thread I think... I need it!!! Anyone going to join me?Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043
