Hoping someone can help...

I want to purchase 2 tickets in advance for the Canary Wharf Ice Rink, which I can only do through Ticketmaster.

At the time that the tickets would be dispatched, I will not be at the billing address to receive them. It seems that Ticketmaster will only dispatch tickets to the billing address and not an alternate delivery address (which I wish to be my place of work). I don't want to have to change my address with my bank to my work just to receive skating tickets...!

I've spent the last 25 minutes trying to navigate Ticketmasters automated system and speak to someone, but have eventually been told that they are far too busy and to please call back later...

Has anyone had this experience and knows what to do? There is the alternative of buying the tickets at the rink of course but I don't want to risk it being too busy and not be able to get in, plus it is a surprise for someone and I just know having to queue up and pay for the tickets there and then will spoil it.

Any ideas?

Ticketmaster aims to dispatch tickets as soon as possible. We are not able to be specific with exact dates of dispatch. Please allow as much time as possible for your tickets to arrive. If your tickets have not arrived five days before the show or, if you are travelling, five days before you leave, please contact us. Please include your reference number and the name and postcode the booking is under. Ticketmaster only posts tickets to the billing address of a credit card. If the address in your booking does not correspond to that held by your credit card company, we may cancel your tickets.

So you will be at work from now, until you wish to go Ice skating?
I think you're going to have to just queue at the box office. The terms are not flexible.
