PSP 32MB or 1GB

Hi anyone help me.

I want to buy a PSP for my son.

His brother has one and he has the GIGA pack, I didn't want to spend as much money at the moment.

If he uses it for just gaming not to download music Is 32MB going to be any good I dont know how it stores games etc.

Any advice would be appreciated to this very novice gamer!!

Should be fine, as the savedata files aren't that big. Of course, the more games he plays, the faster it will fill up. But if he won't be using it for music it should be fine. Probably cheaper to buy the 1Gb card seaprately after xmas anyway.

32mb should be enough for game saves, my nephews both got one last christmas and they are still on the 32MB.
I have larger ones, but only because i put movies / tv progs to watch on it.
Don't think my game saves are that big.
Ever stop to think and forget to start again?

buy the value pack witht he 32Mb card and then buy another memory card seperatly. the £30 difference between value pack and Gigapack can get you a sandisk 1GB card for £25.47 from scan.co.uk or spend a bit more and get the 2GB the sandisk cards are better than the sony cards anyway.

You will now get people telling you to buy a card off ebay but they can be fake and not worth the risk, as a result of the fake cards the prices are really cheap but there is the risk involved.
You will also get those with fake cards saying they are ok but I value data I store on my memory stick so the risk isnt somthing I want to take.
