I dont understand. Whats the point in purchasing a smaller order?0

Ha Ha yes I have been thinking about it, there are a few tough guys around my area to do the job!! But seriously, Im wondering whether it is worth the hassle or not. I know its 17.5% but I think in a years time I would have more than covered it.
Dave I dont invest in many things, only when I see a winner. I missed out on a big one when the house market crashed because I ignored higher economics.
In a few years time people will have to revert back to metals for currency. Watch.0 -
I ask again..does anyone know a silver coin/bar outlet in Aachen or Cologne..Ta ..Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0

I've been having a quick look at this site:
http://www.coinpeople.com/
And if you register and ask about bullion dealers on there you might get some advice.0 -
Thanks Man.
Couple of little dips in prices. Funny that coinivestdirect dont go as low on the dip even though their prices are meant to be live0 -
Has anyone actually bought silver bullion outside the UK and brought it back on a plane?
Did you declare it and go through all the paperwork? How hard was it?0 -
Yes.
I brought 20 maples over from Malta earlier this year, and took them as hand baggage into Gatwick.
I didn't declare them and simply went through the green (EU arrivals) channel at the airport.
As VAT had been paid when I purchased them, this was totally legal.
I also carried 20 1oz Krugerrands over from Guernsey, and again there was no need to declare these as they are VAT and duty exempt when importing them into the EU.0 -
Hey...First post here as there seem to be a few on the boat.
Going for a decent investment in the Silver (10k mark). Read about point of sale rules with buying from Germany and flying over there. My question is could I fly over, pay in person, then fly back and have them delivered? Or if not what are the legalities of taking them on the plane. Am I likely to be stopped and questioned? Also does anyone recommend any German suppliers?
Many thanks0 -

Better check on the limits as I thought anything above £10,000 has to be declared to customs and paperwork filled in.
Maybe taking big chances here0
