Monday - HM pizza, HM coleslaw
Tuesday - Jamie;s piri piri chicken
Wednesday - HM pasta bolognaise
Thursday - HM quesadillas, salad
Friday - HM burgers, HM spicy wedges

Well let's see how close I stay to this one...
I know I should be making sure there is something in for lunches but I just can't be fussed right now. So will throw the usual things in the trolley and hope something can be thrown together.
7 dinners:
Chick peas + cauli with rice
Mixed bean bake
Ocean-style pie
Butter beans in ratatouille with garlic bread
Chilli + rice
Pea soup + garlic bread

Saturday - MIL!!!
Sunday - Brisket Beef, Roasties, Yorkshire Puds and Veg
Monday - Spanish one Pot (Husbands Birthday Suprise)

Wednesday - Curry and Rice
Thursday - Leftover Curry and Rice
Friday - Pot Luck
I am also making hummus and flatbreads for the first time on Sunday for Lunch

Hi and thanks again to PenPen for starting the thread.
This week we are having:
Thurs: LO Chicken and something - probably Chicken Fried Rice
Fri: Salmon with creamy dill sauce & pasta
Sat: Out on a 'Date' with DH, going to cinema (tickets given to us for our engagement!!!) and 20% off voucher for Frankie & Benny's mmmmmm
Sun: Eat at DH's parents
Mon: Prawn Stirfry
Tues: Turkey Meatballs, Mash & Onion Gravy
Wed: SC Chicken Casserole
Lunches will be wraps, soup and sandwiches.
Plan could change, but did one for the month so just picking things off that - sticking to what I've got in the freezer and cupboards though and not doing too bad this time!

Wednesday – pasta in homemade tomato sauce with garlic bread
Thursday – roast pork with vegetables, stuffing balls and gravy
Friday – chicken kiev with savoury rice/risotto and saut!ed spinach
Saturday – sausage with roasted vegetables and cous cous
Sunday – spring roll with stir fried vegetables and noodles with chilli sauce

Not anymore really Burp! I have UC so I cant always eat proper food, gives me a bit of a rest evening, I will sometimes have 1/2 a meal replacement to get some calories down

Monday - L: sandwich.
fish curry & rice.
Tuesday - L: LO fish curry & rice.
pasta & tagli sauce.
Wednesday - L: LO pasta & sauce.
sausage, mash, veg & gravy.
Thursday - L: hummous, carrot sticks & pitta strips.
tattie stew & bread.
Friday - L: hummous, carrot sticks & pitta strips.
eggs, chips & beans.
Saturday - at Boyfriend's.
Sunday - L: still at Boyfriend's.

Is it Thursday again already? Doesn't time fly. (And it's not the only thing flying in the gale force winds outside tonight! :eek:)

Saturday - HM Indian takeaway - beef madras, mushroom curry, onion bhajis and naan bread (bought rather than HM as I've got some taking up room in the freezer)
Sunday - chicken and squash burritos
Monday - mince beef pie, cheese and onion crispbake, braised red cabbage
Tuesday - pork and veg stirfry with spicy noodles
Wednesday - jacket potato with leek, smoked mackerel and sour cream topping
Thursday - cheese and tomato pasta bake
This is my final week of storecupboard / freezer challenge, so I should be back to more normal meals next week.
