in Credit cards
Hi
I am no longer in employment and I am finding it increasingly difficult to find the money to pay off my card, I have being paying the insurance should I lose my job, as I technically havent lost my job is this still valid and how do I go about letting them know that the 'insurance' payments are needed to clear the balance?
Thanks:eek:

How did you come not to be in employment? If you left of your own accord, you won't be able to claim.0

I had to leave as the job was contributing to my Depression, I felt I couldnt return and it wasnt helping me get better.0

Then you'll probably be out of luck unfortunately. The policies tend only to pay out on your inability to pay due to circumstances outside of your control. They'll view your departure as voluntary - unless you have some strong independent medical evidence, in which case it could be worth a fight.0
