You've hit the nail on the head. Bear tears funding someone's lifestyle and home purchase.

I like the company name Fubra. Surely a deliberate play on FUBAR. ;)

The irony is lost on you. Well, most of you are the same person so it would be.

All these greedy people hoping for millions of families to be broken and thrown out on the streets so they can get their hands on an appreciating asset for minimal amount of work... are helping to fund someone fat cat's mortgage with all their ranting.

Brilliant. They're like little hamsters all running on treadmills for someone elses gain. Completely unaware.
ye gods, how many times do you need telling?

the bears on here (if that's what you want to call them) are a little different from some of the murkier characters who post on hpc; they're waiting/hoping for HP's to fall to a realistic level. I don't call that 'greed'. they're not looking to create social misery - if you want examples of this type of breed, go study the behaviour of UK rampers during the boom.

    jeez..

Your signature is quite funny as well.

    Considering HPC started in 2003.
