converting PDFS

Hey All,

Just wondering if there was any way i could convert PDFs into other formats such as powerpoint!

There's no really easy way to convert into powerpoint, some tools will convert into a word file (this one http://smartpdfconverter.com/ has a free demo version available).

I'd say there are two alternatives:

If you just want to look at the acrobat file like you would a powerpoint presentation you can try using the full screen option (press ctrl or control and L).

If you've got Adobe Reader 6 or newer then you can cut and paste into a new powerpoint presentation:

Using the snapshot tool (camera icon with a dotted line around on the toolbar). Click and Drag the crosshairs to draw a box around the area you want to copy. The area will be automatically copied to the clipboard, then you just paste it into PowerPoint.

You can zoom in and out and then select an area to copy if needs be.
