As far as I know, everything is now agreed and in place. The hold up was that the sellers solicitor didn't return my solicitors call this afternoon.....

My vendor is going on holiday at the weekend, so she is moving out anyway on Friday as far as I know.....so we really are good to go, unless there is some last minute change of heart there and she wants to stay after all

Oh Hypno! I've been offline all afternoon, and was coming on now expecting/hoping that you'd be all finished ... how disappointing this is! So they're saying now that its all good to go tomorrow?

We had this nightmare earlier this year Hypno - it's so stressful & frustrating!!!! Fingers crossed it'll all go through tomorrow - once you've exchanged at least you know it will go through, takes away that stress at least!!!! Just hope that you don't have what we had where our sale went through but the funds on our purchase got 'lost' for a couple of hours in cyberspace!!!!! It resulted in the solicitors having to guarantee the funds, to enable us to get the keys!!!! This was after 2 previous sales had fallen through .......absolute nightmare but we got the house, that's all that matters!! Keep us all posted tomorrow x

I like that, but ithe title of hypno's thread always reminds me of 'When will I see you again' by the three degrees, but the sentiments in the song aren't really relevant.

The quote in the signature is brilliant though, I love 'Feelin' Good'

I've packed some more stuff up, and thrown some more stuff into the skip.....and still much more to do! Still, this time next week, I am sure that we will be sat in the new house.....
