Requesting t&c's for multiple loans.

Hi,

I am attempting some PPI claims from my bank from whom I have had 2 loans in the past. In Martins PPI Reclaiming Guide it advises "Lenders can ask for £1 to provide this but not all do so you could include a cheque for £1 (don't send cash though) to speed it up a little."

If I am requesting details for two loans do I need to send £2 or will £1 cover it? May sound like a daft question I know but a pound is still a pound!

Cheers

    Hi Jonny

For every new loan should be a separate agreement, so yes I would enclose maybe 2 separate payments for example by cheque or postal order, unless someone can clarify otherwise, but I with mine I requested for the last 2 and enclosed 2 separate payments.

Not a daft question, its best to make sure.;)

There is no requirement to ask for agreements to put in a PPI complaint.

That is correct what dunstonh have said, unless you wanted to, but you can go for your reclaim without these, and they may even send the copies back with a letter anyway, this way they don't charge for them either.
