Just watching Nigel Slater & I am feeling sea-sick! I hate the way the camera goes in & out of focus.
What's with most of these programmes showing too close (for my liking) close-ups of either food or the presenter? I want to see how they make stuff not the pores on their faces :eek: while they gurn over the sea-salt flakes...
