e-on DD increase mistake
A letter arrived today saying that my direct debit (DD) would increase by £13 a month, starting in December. However, I am also £128 in credit so I called Customer Services (using the 0800 number* I found on SayNo to 0870 
) and questioned the increase.
It seems that e-on did not take the £128 credit into consideration when 'recalculating' my DD.
So if anyone else has had a letter to increase their DD and feel it is unjustified, give them a call, it was sorted out faster than I could have ranted about it on an internet forum! :rotfl:
