Laptop Insurance?

Hi Guys,

Could anyone reccomend some insurer's who will be able to insure a macbook pro, from Theft, Accidental Loss and Breakages?

  • no, that isnt helpful i'm afriad, need something that covers me when I am out of the house, I travel frequently, and need a seperate cover.

    does anyone have any suggestions for such cover?

    also have some other hardware that I want to insure, anyone?

    Your home insurance can be extended to cover personal effects eg a lap top, clothing and other items you would normally carry about your person for circa £30 a year. This will normally cover you anywhere in the UK and Europe, it will also normally cover outside of Europe typically for upto 60 days a year (Check with the Insurers for their exact restrictions)

    Yes. Your home insurance. Mine covers my laptop at home and away from home (including abroad).
