I emailed bt company rep and got a call a couple of days later from the residential team, He said as it's a business line I need to speak to the business team????????????????/
What's the point in that? I have been speaking to them for months and have got nowhere!
Fat lot of good that was then.
Also it is now 21 days since I was told someone would call me in 14 days.
These people are just bare faced liars who fob you off.
It's like they have just forgotten all about me and just expect me to go away.
I got another bill in the post this morning, charming!
I really don't know what to do about this, It's disgusting how bt are handling the matter.0
