How long do you have to give a seller to deliver before you can walk away from the transaction?
I've looked at ebay help but it's pretty useless.
The problem is that my seller is not communicating and although I ordered the item well in advance, if he's not going to complete I need to allow time to get a replacement sorted out.
Suddenly the four weeks that I thought was a generous allowance is starting to look like cutting it fine.

cant you raised a mutual withdrawal with them, and then select the item not recvd, buyer not communicating.

Have you opened an Item Not Received dispute yet? If and when you do, the seller then has a week to respond.0

Personally assuming you paid by paypal I would just start a chargeback, that will get the sellers attention.
