Has anyone else received a letter from NPower saying that they are entitled to a refund ??? Just got a letter from them saying they owe us due to discussions with Consumer focus regarding changes to the way they have charged for gas in 2007....??? £21.70 refund due to us...not a lot but we use mainly electric...However, this could be worth a great deal more to many others if they use gas for central heating. Its only gas apparently, but if we had moved between then and now we may not have heard about it, because you have to log on a web site using a secure form with a unique ref number they send to you to verify your address. So cast your minds back people !!!! Must be worth it. :T
