The Prize draw is open to people who submit their details at one of the high street pop up garden parties, via the website www.releasetheflavour.co.uk., or by post through sending name, address and contact telephone number to Penn State Summer Prize Draw, Generator Studios, Trafalgar Street, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 2LA.

2.The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over only, except employees and their immediate families of Intersnack UK Ltd, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the Promotion. Entrants accept that, if they win, Penn State Snacks will have the right without additional payment or permission to use their name, age, town of residence for advertising and publicity purposes without additional payment or compensation. Non-compliance will result in disqualification of the winner and an alternative winner will be selected.

3. Closing date for entries to the prize draw is midnight on December 6th 2010.
4. There is one prize to be won. One 9ct gold diamond encrusted pretzel necklace.
5. Only one entry per person.

6. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt of entry. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost or delayed, nor for any associated costs to claimants.
