I have received mine, the envelope was folded up but don't really find that an issue?? why would you, as long as the card hasn't been folded it is hardly a problem.
It is one of 3 "free" cards i have had from 3 different sites and the quality is comparable to the other 2 (asda and M&S) i would be happy to use them again in the future.

I've just received one as well......was a bit miffed at not getting an envelope with the card but am now impressed that they bothered to rectify their error without me even complaining!

Received mine - folded envelope but not a big deal - the card was fairly crinkled down one side which was disappointing but I'd say this was the postie's fault as he has a tendency to just stuff the post through the letterbox any which way!
