Appalling Medion Customer Service

Having a battle with Medion.
Laptop repair under warranty took nearly 5 weeks instead of the 3 it was supposed to take - they kept giving me incorrect information about what was happening, when it would be back, and where it actually was.
I got all the excuses in the book and when I wanted to speak to a supervisor I was told it would take 48 hours for him to call back. He never did.
Still battling to sort it out but on the way I have managed to get e-mail addresses for the UK Managing Director, the Customer Services Manager, and the Head of Escalations at Head Office in Germany.
If it helps anyone struggling with Medion's appalling Customer Service please pm me and I'll give you the details.

My laptop has been away four times now for the same problem, they see to just patch it up and send it back, saying that one time it came back with more problems than it had been sent with! will never purchase anything from them again, also had an ipod docking station which caught fire and wrecked an ipod, were they bothered? No, cos I had lost my reciept! Luckily I didn't lose my ruddy house!0
