WH Smith

Ordered an item from WH Smith, they took the money then refunded as they were out of stock. 2 weeks later they took the money again, which made me go overdrawn, but they were still out of stock. I emailed and they refunded on 1 November, but no apology, just confirmed they were unable to fulfil the order. Today I received two emails from them, first stating my card had declined payment on this same order and a later email confirming payment has now been accepted. Looking at stock and my account the item is still out of stock.

Of course I have emailed again but firstly, I have never been overdrawn before, will this have any impact on my credit rating/bank status. Secondly, does a declined payment go against me in any way and thirdly how do I get WH Smith to STOP?!!!
