Hi my sister is trying to sell her laptop, she bought it in january and only ever uses it for facebook etc but she said it didnt come with a disc to clean the hard drive and as none of us are massive online sellers its seeming like it may be hard i only have an ammazon account as i dont use ebay and i think she'd be ripped of from a computer exchange style shop can some one please help?
Does it need cleaning? would it be best to just take it to a shop?
Much appreciation in advanced:D

If she only used it for facebook, and there's nothing too embarrassing on there, just delete any browser history and personal details. The easiest way to clean a laptop is to format and reinstall the operating system. I would only do that if I had banking details on it.
Sell on ebay. The fees are ok for technology.0
