Extractor fan help!

Hi,
I really need to get an extractor fan fitted in my bathroom, but before I get someone in to quote I just needed a bit of advice so I don't look like a total idiot when they come round.
The eaves level is at the top of window height so is there such a thing as an extractor fan that can discharge out through the roof? Had a look around but can't find anything.
If not is there any other options? If going through the wall is the only option the only place it can go is behind the toilet at about head height when sitting down, which will just look daft.
Any idea how much this might cost me?
Thank you in advance for any help!

You can only have an in line fan if there is loft space above the bathroom. It might be possible to vent out under the eaves if you have soffit boards, but otherwise a roof tile will need to be replaced with one of these.

Presuming you're on the first floor, it won't be cheap cheap due to the cost getting access either to drill the hole or replace the tile.0 -
Fit one in the ceiling - either the actual fan or a vent connected to an in-line fan, and this can be ducted to the roof where a vent tile is fitted, or if a gable wall is available in the wall0
