Why did you choose to create another one?
I tell you, the non Scottish contingent seem to have a facination with the area.:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.
Some men you just can't reach.

I didn't actually create it. I'm simply quoting from tomorrow's Daily Express front page.0

just get the Sun and look at the BooBies as I suppose more was spent on the breast enlargement operation then buying a 3 bed in Aberdeen.
Shomething wrong, shurely? Though then again, lots of people must think living in Aberdeen is an uplifting experience otherwise there wouldn't be so much interest in the place.0

Didn't you leave it for the other side of the world.....?...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0

I did, however my roots are still there and I will return some day.
Many have travelled from the area and there even is a song penned about it that is very appropriateNorthern Lights of Old Aberdeen
When I was a child, a tiny wee child,
 My mother said to me,
Come see the Northern lights my child,
They're bright as they can be.
She called them the heavenly dancers,
 Merry dancers in the sky
I'll never forget that wonderful sight,
 They made the heavens bright.
 Chorus
The Northern Lights of Old Aberdeen
Seem home sweet home to me.
The Northern Lights of Old Aberdeen
Are what I long to see
I've been a wand'rer all of my life
 And many's a sight I've seen
 Godspeed the day,
 When I'm on my way
 To my home in Aberdeen.
I've wandered in many far off lands,
 Traveled many a mile
I've missed the folk I've cherished most,
The joy of a friendly smile
It warms up the heart of the wand'rer,
The clasp of a welcoming hand
To greet me when I return,
Home to my own native land.
 Chorus:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.
Some men you just can't reach.
