Measurements in listing, buyer says item doesn't fit!

Why don't people read! I sold a dress to someone in the USA for £9.99 this is a bargain as it was one of those that i thought i would try on auction and see if the bids would flood in. It didn't lol but they have been selling on BIN for £29.99. So the last time i will do an auction with this item obviously.
Now all the measurements (waist, length, underarm) are in the listing) she's now saying it doesn't fit and wants to send back for a refund. Blaming me/the manufactuer etc
This is going to cost her nearly £4 to do so and i don't understand why she can't accept that she didn't read the listing properly and just sell it on herself.
I know i have to accept returns for BIN items and if i had just put a general size in an auction listing i would have no problems accepting the return. I'm just annoyed that eveything was clearly in the listing that they needed  i feel like telling her to bog off but that wouldn't be good cs. Just a vent really as i know i'll have to accept it eventually i'm just grr at the moment and the tsfe buyers.

  • Surely it would be better to get it back, then you could sell it for more money on a BIN.

If she doesn't want it and wants to send it back, then it's always better.

By the way, DSRs don't apply to purchases from the US, so you don't have to give her those rights. On the other hand, I think allowing it is a good thing in principle.
