Website problem

Hello everyone
I was unsure where to post this thread, so apologies if it is in the wrong bit of the forums!
I have recently visited a website and ordered from it. I paid through paypal and received an email from the website confirming order.
This was over 2 weeks ago. I have tried the number they have listed for contact and its constantly on voicemail and i have tried emailing them with the email address listed. But no delivery and no date even!
What can i do about this? How do i actually know this company exists?

Contact PayPal and ask them how to proceed. They should refund you your money if there is a problem.0

Tried to find the scent it with bears website but its showing an error when trying to load. Her contact number is also not registered with directory enquiries.
Now i know this exists, any suggestions on contacting?0 -

Ok guys, i've done a real letter and will post today.
I've actually done some digging around on paypal and she has listed a contact number, when i call it is is off the hook. Also an email address is listed. I have emailed it and it is undeliverable. She is as stated above trading under Scent it with Bears, another website which is also encoutering errors when accessed.
