GT5 On PS3 - not sure what route to take...

Hi peeps,

My husband has been wanting GT5 for the last 4 years and this year seems to be the year of its arrival!

Now I am not sure what to do as it is for his Xmas present. Do I pre-order on one of the games sites like Play or Amazon? Do I wait and hope my brother that works for Sainsburys can get it for me on the day of release?

I just want to get it as cheap as possible and without worrying it has sold out.

Any ideas greatly appreciated xxx

PS - I am not looking forward to losing my husband to this game ha ha

Thanks for the info! I cant believe it is possibly coming out at the end of November! I had definitely better pre-order, I dont think I can take the look of disappointment on my husbands face if he is let down again ha ha.

He literally gets so excited about it when the due date has neared and then been so disheartened when it has been put back again. i dread to think how many people out there are the same, and do not fancy a scrum outside a game shop or supermarket on release day!

Will order with Play then as they seem to be reasonably priced, and fingers crossed it comes soon!!

Pre-order it on-line from the likes of Shopto or Play.

If it's released at a supermarket at a stupidly low price, providing you haven't broken the seal on the game you ordered on-line, you can return for a full refund (less postage cost for you returning it).

Its officially got a release date of 24 November thank god.

I will be picking mine up from the shop (supermarket hopefully) as in the past I've had games on order for months that I've reserved online and still ended up not getting them on launch day, and for a couple of quid extra I'd rather go and get one for the shop. Can you image the size of reserve list for all the online retailers the games meant to be coming out for the last 5 years
