Save the date cards..

Hi everyone

I'm looking to purchase some cheap and cheerful "save the date" cards but not having much look.

I've tried printing them myself but thought they looked a bit rubbish (I'm not at all "crafty" ;)). I've also had a look on Ebay but am a bit worried about the quality when I get them.

Any suggestions / recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks
Vanessa

I signed up to Vistaprint, waited for the "special offer" email to come through the next day and got free fridge magnets, I just paid the postage...

    Hi Vanessa,
Have a look at Vistaprint - they have some good offers on. We got Save The Date magnets (business card size) x 50 for about £13 delivered.
  • Ditto on the Vistaprint. I bought 40 magnets, 40 Cards and 80 matching envelopes, the total cost was £68 and seeing as you get to personalise everything so much, I though that was really good. We went for the seaside theme and were able to add a little comment next to the pic of the lobster on the back of the card saying 'he's her lobster'(friends quote) in very small writing. I love it as its not something you would instantly notice but makes you smile when you see it.

I think we may change the colour scheme for the actual day so wont be using the same theme for the invites etc but I'll definitly get them from Vistaprint whatever theme we go for.

Definately sign up to Vistaprint to get your save the date cards. We got 100 postcards free and designed them into Save The Date Cards which was really easy to do online. All I paid for were the envelopes which were the right size for the postcards which I think was about £6.
They arrived recently and they look really professional and I am really pleased with them - just need to get on and send them out now!

Another vote for Vistaprint - I followed the advice of the guys on here & waited for an offer email - got 100 magnets delivered for £13!

Use a secondary email though, they are spamtacular!
  • Yet another vistaprint vote! We did save the date postcards - got 100 free, only paid about £4 postage. I didn't bother with envelopes as we used the back of the card for the address.

Vistaprint is now my fav website (although i do get 6am emails daily which is annoying!)
Like others, i signed up and offers were flying in we got :
    - 100 save the date postcards ( we paid an additional £2 for colour printing on back too)
    - Free mug
    - Free notebook
    - 10* free xmas cards

all of which cost about £12 including postage and VAT and plus delivery came in about 16 days despite we choosing the slowest option
    Highly recommended!
