I would go for SF over LA. I also liked Carmel and Monterey on the coast down to LA.
Just got back from LV/PHX holiday booked mainly on points/miles. Flew AA and stay in Scottsdale for a week on points.
Makes a holiday much cheaper.:D0 -
Anyone who says SF is just another city didn't dig very hard
LA has glitz and glamour and all that stuff, but SF is far more interesting imo.
Agreed though with all those saying to knock a day off the cities (especially Vegas..yawn), and spend some good time at the Canyon. I just posted about it in another thread actually. It's really absolutely amazing.Pick battles big enough to matter, small enough to win. - Jonathan Kozol0
