Hello all, I am at a loose end and dont know what to do and need honest help and advice.
Basically i have been bullied by a manager at work and this as led me to have the last 3 weeks of work through stress and depression.
I have been back to the doctors today and the doctor told me that she thinks i am not ready to go back to work yet. I do actually think shes right but i rejected the sick note as i live on my own and private rent and know that my full sick pay will run out soon and the ssp pay will not cover my rent and council tax never mind pay my other bills that i have and i have a lot of out goings.
If i am on the low ssp pay and my bills dont get covered is there anything out there that can help me out.

If you are on a low income you can apply for council tax benefit and local housing allowance.*SIGH*

There is advice available for workplace bullying from various websites:
Andrea Adams Trust (they did run a helpline but no more) - but they have a fact sheet and advice on the website.
Workplacebullying.co.uk lots of stuff.
ACAS - they have leaflet on bullying and harasment at work. ACAS also run a helpline.0
