in Credit cards
Hi all,
I recently signed up for the free trial and can now view my credit report from Experian... But what I'd like to know is what are the main things I should be looking for?
Thanks.....

I've only ever looked at the £2 postal thing, but the same applies. Look for errors, look for people not financially linked to you apearing, look to see what missed payments they have on you, CCJ or anythign else negative. See if they have your electoral role entry etc.
Then look at the searches to see how many were logged with them (rather than Equifax) as that will influence when you should next apply for another card. Also look to see if all of your credit cards are registered with them. Chances are not all of them will be. Compare your income to the amount of debt they have listed as well as your available credit limits. Then you will get a feel for the next time you can apply for a credit card with a company that does searches with Experian (only).
And so on, you've probably got the idea by now.0 -
Thank you Reaper!
Much appreciation as always

Remember to cancel your free trial close to the finishing date £40/£50 a year compared to £2 a time every year or so (as stated by MSE Martin) is a bit steep.Every day above ground is a good day.0
