Terms and conditions
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc and their associates.
Unless otherwise stated, the prize offered is for 4 people travelling together, one of whom must be over 18 years old.
All entries must be received by midnight on 5th December 2010.
Only one entry per person. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.
No responsibility is accepted for submissions that fail to be delivered. The Promoter is not liable for any entries that are lost, delayed or damaged, or any technical problems on the website preventing entry.
Proof of submission is not proof of entry.
Winners will be selected at random from the valid entries received. The decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control Morrisons reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
All holiday locations and dates are subject to availability and the exclusions set out below.
All travel must be completed by October 2011 excluding Christmas (15th December – 2nd January), Easter (Good Friday – Easter Monday) and all UK bank holidays.
Protravel accept no responsibility for hotels / tours / airlines etc. being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, Protravel will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.
Any amendments made by the prizewinner after the booking has been confirmed may be subject to administration charges.
Additional passengers may accompany prizewinners at the relevant rates provided by Protravel.
Passports and any Visa requirements are the responsibility and cost of the prizewinner.
Transport between home and the airport is the responsibility of the prizewinner unless otherwise stated in the competition.
There is no cash alternative in whole or in part.
Bookings must be made through Protravel, P&MM Limited, Rockingham Drive, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, MK14 6LY (ABTA number: G0642).
The prize for 2 adults includes: Return Economy Flights – London / Sydney, Return transfers - Airport / Hotel, 7 nights – 4* hotel accommodation (Sharing 2 x twin / double rooms), Daily breakfast and comprehensive travel insurance (excluding pre-existing medical conditions).
5 runners up will receive an 8GB Apple iPod touch.
Prize winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. A redraw will take place if prizes have not been claimed within 30 days.
All entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
