    If she wants to return it insist she sends it back Special Delivery (offering to refund the cost), I've done this before and they then decided they *did* want to keep it after all.

    Sending expensive jewellery by another service anyway is foolish, but yes, if/when she asks to return it, do ask her.

    Why bother? If she wants to return it, let her get on with it. It's not up to you to warn her of problems.

    I tracked the parcel at 1pm and it had been delivered - been waiting for an email all afternoon but received nothing.
