Someone has offered me a free flat screen PC monitor (I'm assuming it's a TFT). Apparently the colours of the display all tend to be a bit pinkish/red. They say if you turn red right down it seems to be OK. Is this something that can be remedied, or does it indicate the monitor is on the way out?
