Wanted to follow up my 'Thanks' to OP to say I'm currently listening to this album on iTunes, and it's great.
The download is a WinZip file, so make sure you have that on your PC, and the files need no conversion on iTunes to play.
It's a classical album and features a number of different orchestra's from Hermitage Musuem Orchestra to Bonn Classical Philharmonic. The London Philharmonic makes one appearance with Symphony No. 5 Adagietto.
Very relaxing for the run up, and during, the festive season. With the recent cuts I think we're going to need it!Life's what you make it....
"I've got one, two, three, [STRIKE]four[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]five[/STRIKE]... senses working overtime..", XTC.
Life beyond voluntary work scares me, but what else is there?0 -
My Outlook has marked the email as a potential phishing threat and I can't click on it!0

Why not try this using Hotmail, or something like that, instead of Outlook barginunter?0

Sorted now thanks.0

This is still going in Jan 2011 and is a cracking CD0

Thanks to OP for finding & CaroletheIntrepid for letting us know it's still running. Just downloading now!
Being the curious type I had a little dig for info on X5 Music & found another free download - this time it's 'Oldies'
It may have been posted before but thought it worth a mention - tracks include 'Wild Thing' by The Troggs, Under the Boardwalk by The Drifters & Brown Eyed Girl by Van Morrison.
As I'm a relative newbie I can't post the link, so just search online for 'Best of AM Radio Gold' & it comes up.
Happy listening!0 -
