Only received half my ASDA order

This morning my shopping was delivered by ASDA, I asked the guy if he was sure that was everything (it didn't look as much as I thought), but he said that was it, .... anyway, 2 minutes after he leaves I see that half my order is missing! I called the number on the receipt, but the woman on the line was asking me to give her the product number of each item seperately so it could be refunded, ... 5 minutes and she was still on only 2 items, her system was running slow. She said I could email via the website, and so I thought that would be quicker, however I never heard anything.
I'm going to have to phone again in the morning. I am so mad, as you might expect I was relying on that stuff coming, and now I don't have the money to go buy more until they refund me!
Anyone had this? I'm just wondering what way to proceed now.

Dont have an answer for you but bumping your post
Funny enough saw a post on FB the other day that someone had received part of another customers shopping alongside theirs... Careless delivery unfortunatly. Hope you get your refund0 -
I don't have any experience of this with Asda, but I have had missing items in my Tesco order before and simply had these refunded. I've also received the odd item not meant for me - I did call previously, but I was told to keep it due to the shelf life and the hassle of Tesco reclaiming the item. Mistakes do happen, unfortunately.0

I have used ASDA online 6 times now. 5 times I have had problems, 6 was the last chance. 3 weeks ago I used them for the final time....£16.47 worth of missing items, I had to chase them up despite being told I would get a call back...that happens everytime, "I will get the store manager to call you straight back" he/she NEVER does and it usually takes at least 3 calls to sort a refund. As I said its now 3 weeks, I have spent nearly £5 in phone calls, and they say my refund has been processed twice now.....still not in my bank account so I have got to ring yet again tonight.
Word of advice.....ASDA online is total rubbish, don't be fooled into giving them chances or thinking they will be different and steer clear. I was told and didn't listen. And thats probably why you get through to be put on hold...sometimes for upto 30 minutes, and their system is always slow, they have so many complaints
