Looking to book a hotel for 31/12 till 4/1.
Had the Cosmopolitan recommended to me, it has come up for only $600. Also is it ok for a baby?
Is it too far from everything? What if it snows? Does the subway still run?
Also does the subway run late on NYE?
Thank

My son and girlfriend stayed here in September and they had a wonderful time. It is just across the street from the subway and they said the location can't be beaten. They said they appreciated the relative quiet of that area after manic area of Times Square etc.It is within walkable distance of the Brooklyn Bridge and also easy to get to Statue of Liberty ferries. I'm sure the subway runs even in snow. New Yorkers are used to that kind of weather- not like here where everything grinds to a halt!! Have a wonderful time!0

Subways runs 24 hours so im pretty sure NYE will be the same. New Yorkers are far more prepared for snow than we are,so everything will be pretty much running as normal.:happyloveBaby girl born 27/2/12:happylove

Stayed there a couple of weeks ago - it's fine.
Rooms are small but unless you're thinking of spending a lot of time there does it really matter ?
Friendly staff, very safe neighbourhood, everything you need is on the doorstep.
And away from all the Times Square hustle and bustle.0
