If you are specifically looking for quality you won't really find it at the cash and carry warehouses. Not to say they don't have their place, but they are firmly at the cheap and cheerful end of the spectrum, don't expect too many ooh's & aarrrs with that sort of gear.
If you can make it to Sheffield you'd be spoilt for choice, it's seemingly the epicentre of the high performance firework market and Epic are a great retailer as suggested, although I think perhaps a little more pricey this year. Another Sheffield based retailer would be Galactic Fireworks, they have high end fireworks with possibly more bang for buck, they also have a dedicated firework forum that opens up some great deals, have a look here if you get 5 mins

Have fun with whatever you get and don't forget to post a stash pic!0 -
had a quick look at weeks for next year 41 weeks between jan 1st and oct 15th the legal date to sell fireworks
everyone bear this in mind
if you put £10 by each week come pyro time youll have £410 if you can afford more then ull have more but a tenner a week seems to peel off pretty well and yo could get a decent show for that budget0 -
Did anyone go to the firework crazy demo night last week?0

Hi folks - this is my first time posting but i've been reading this thread for the past 3 years.
I normally find this site is good for a heads up on the different offers/brochures etc.
(sorry I can't post it - the forum won't let me post a link as I am a new user! If you want it- message me!

Some high end TNT is ok but thats the problem it's high end their low end isnt even value for money
the night star range was but only if you got it direct from the cash and carry not morrisons
either way ill be avoiding them like that plague this year if it's true will obtain their leaflet for here but that it0
