thanks guys :) now all I have to do is wait until the 5th....! (and possibly, no definitely get some more while im waiting!)

the 3 fountain/mines were £3.99 each if I remember correctly. I'm looking forward to setting off some of that kimbolten stuff going by what si said from last year. unfortunatly i didnt manage to get it as cheap as him though! most of the stuff was half price or £10 - £15 off. yeah the rockets are sirens Si. only got them cos they came free if you spent £50+ and were a garden centre memeber, so obviously i signed up there and then lol.

the thundering space spiders is good isnt it? also got 3 more pieces to come from kimbolten, they just didnt have it in stock at the time. (including mutant space cherries)

and pyro, i got the black geminis from one of my local fireworks dealers. unfortunatly they were full price at £32.99 for 9, but they were so good last year that i thought i'd treat myself! they also had a pack of black mambas for £22.99 but only 5 rockets.
  • If it is of any interest to anyone, I managed to get the following prices from Makro yesterday:

Remember to add VAT to all these ;)

    Dynasty Fireworks:

Red Dragon Selection Box - £19.99
Black Puma Selection Box - £29.99
Golden Phoenix Selection Box - £49.99

Skycrafter Fireworks (This is Brothers "discount" brand)

Bonfire Blitz Barrage Pack - £39.99 (nine barrages, 25m safety)

Monster Display Pack - £79.99 (this is shown on the Makro leaflet elsewhere on-line)

    Goliath Display Pack - £199.99 (53 rockets, 24 larger fireworks, 30 sparklers)

    Star Traveller - 12 piece rocket pack - £14.99
    Aerial Attack - 22 piece rocket pack - £19.99
    Spectacular - 30 piece rocket pack - £29.99

    Swords of Fire barrage - 30 shots - £19.99
    Seismic Blast - 49 shot barrage - £29.99
    Fireblast - 1000 shot barrage - £39.99

Makro faxed through a copy of their leaflet, but the quality is very poor!

    Anyway, there it is.

I had problems at our wyevale, i preordered a week before the 15 october, they couldnt get any mines and they had to get thundering space spiders from another store.I am looking forward to the kimbolton stuff though
  • oh right thats not good then :(

they said that they were having trouble with customs at the one I went to. They said that the rest of the stuff should turn up last saturday (when i was there) and they would ring me when it was available. havent had a call yet though so im guessing its still stuck...

the y said they would call me,and never did .i went up,they got me space spiders and offered me an alternative for the mine at half price,so i got the cone instead. the staff were very nice about it but they should have checked what they had before allowing customers to preorder
  • oh right. maybe ill try and get them to give me a decent offer then if the others dont turn up...

No - you are not alone.

I got one a couple of years back, i think it was £5...

Wasn't very impressive for a fountain, seemed like a few selection box fountains put together. I may be mistaken though lol
