back again!

just been catching up on the last 20+ pages as i was a little late on the thead this year!

I'm not sure what toget this year, will obviously be getting some carats and ipanamas, but what else should i go for?

are bright star fireworks any good? there is a shop that sells them 5 mins from where i work... also, does anyone know if costco sell fireworks?

I went to my local store last night and they had no sign of fireworks at all for some strange reason!!

Going to another store soon to see if they have any of those 'Pyro Time' boxes left in stock!

We ordered 2x Maximum Showtimes, but Mick at diescountfireworksdirect had run out of stock of these for now, as he had gifted his last one to 'Wireless Fireworks' from UKFR for his Charity display. As an apology he threw in a free Open Fire 2 (so, can't complain really!). He is still hopeful to get another Max Showtime to me before 5th Nov.

Also have the essential VFM fireworks from Lidl:-
2x 25 Karat
1x Ipenema
1x Fire Fighter
1x Fire Pack

Just got back from ASDA with a £5 Pyro Time box

For £5 you have to get one. Perfect for me too as it includes two wheels! Although in my box the two wheels are the same (two big spinny wheel) but im still happy with that. Will compare the rest of the fireworks in the selection to Si's picture to see if the other fireworks are the same.



Also, I must add ASDA seem to have a much better selection of fireworks this year than previous years. Eg the Afterburner selection looks brilliant for £15 4 large rockets and 4 multishot tubes!

BARGAIN Dan Funny how you have 2 x Spinny Things, Dcossi1 had the same, going by Anthony's description you might be onto a winner though :

That's a cracking stash :cool: Did you get it all half price? Discountfireworks were originally doing a fantastic 50% deal I heard.

Yeah Im made up with it for £5! Bargain buy!

That description sounds great, looking forward to firing them

According to the back of the box it includes 12 fountains, mine includes 15 fountains , unless there classing the small box of four as 1?

I got:
2x wheels
15x fountains
3 x roman candles (one long one and two shorter ones)
1x 'large comet bomb
2x Rockets





Im dieing to see what that large comet bomb is like! Also I love those little fountains in the box, had those plenty of times in the past!

Great pic Yes, identical contents to mine except you have argueably better wheels. Comet bomb's a nice touch, unusual to have a mine in a £5 pack, not complaining though eh haha.

Some of it is borderline OK, better stuff out there but if it's local to you and the right price it's better than nothing. What were you looking at?
