Creation Finance- Online banking

in Credit cards
Hi everyone,
Is it just me or does anyone else have major problems with Creation Finances online banking system.
It was terrible for months, then they seem to get themselves sorted with a new system which has been accessible and working well for around 2 months, now it appears to be completely down, i.e. broken link, website not found??
It just seems really shoddy that in this day and age they don't have a reliable online banking system for their credit card users.
Rant over.
Thanks

What I'm saying is I can virtually never even login to even make payments, the system is currently down right now, again!0

Works perfectly for me. I don't think I've ever seen it go down since they released the new website and I log into it every day. We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I've had it down for me a few times in the last couple of weeks. It's always the evening that I check finances and I guess if they're going to do any work on their servers, etc, then that's the time it will be scheduled in.
That said, it's not particularly late at night that I check - normally sometime between 8PM and 11PM - surely they could hold off on their maintenance work until after midnight...
As for the website itself, it's clearly some "off the shelf" website package they have bought as it's more or less identical to that which Vanquis uses!My posts are my own opinions based on my experiences and info gathered from sites such as this.

I to am having trouble with the site and there customer service is no help. After taking out a finace agreemant with them through Currys I was told I could register online and check my account from there. 4 months and no such luck. I have registered re registeredand had the password sent me and each time it is saying invalid login details
I changed my password and was issued another one that to did not work. I rang customer services and they told me the password was case sensitive an that i should persiviere with it. 15 times an still I could not enter my account. I rang back and was told to desable my antivirus by another person. I have done this still no luck. None of my devices would log me in. So I tried to re register and this when something tells me my details are not being stored on their system, so when I enter the password it is not recognising me because I am able to re register and usually once registered it wont let you use the same email address and this does.
If this is the case then why is it able to generate me a new password when my email address is enterd and old passord is entered. They obviously know nothing about this at there end as this was news to them. I have reciently re registered again hopefully this time it has registerd me. I am now awaiting the password. Fingers crossed.:p0
